  * Additional Fees
  Hotel Accommodations:
     One hotel room for per musicians will be needed on the night(s) of the performance(s).
     When traveling farther than 300 miles from Columbia SC hotel rooms will be needed
     on the night prior to the performance as well.
Other Travel Related Fees:
   When traveling from 300 to 400 miles of Columbia SC, $400 will be added for additional travel expenses.
   When traveling farther than 400 miles from Columbia SC:
    a.) The cost of an airline ticket from Charlotte NC (or Columbia SC) for each musician will be added to the prices above.
    b.) There will be a $600 charge for ground transportation and rental fees for equipment that can not be brought on the plane.
    c.) When traveling by air, additional hotel accommodations will be needed for the night prior to the performance.
